Collaborations with biologists and oceanographic researchers:
Kayaking offers a unique platform to get up close to Baja wildlife for the following reasons:
– it is a method of transport with very low ecological impact
– it is totally silent, the animals are not scared
– You can approach rocky or very shallow areas without risk
of sinking
– can travel thousands of miles at a very low cost
– You can dock at almost any beach, no matter how small.
Over 10,000+ miles, I have been able to make many observations of Baja wildlife. If you are a biologist, I can share with you the data of my past observations (photographs located by species), as well as schedule new expeditions with observations focused on your area of interest.
I can also offer my engineering knowledge to design and build specific instruments for your field studies.

I also make presentations of my photo/video material. The
messages I intend to convey are:
– Spread knowledge about Baja's most iconic aquatic species.
– Promote the feeling of conservation of the environment by creating
an emotional link to the natural life of Baja.
– Show how I used my academic knowledge to fulfill my dreams
– Motivate the audience to define and carry out their own expeditions.
